Christie Brooke A native of Ka’a’wa, Hawaii, Christie Brooke shines with her personality. She graduated from James B. Castle High School, and has attended Windward Community College and Life Christian University. Her passion for singing hasn’t stopped her from pursuing other hobbies like swimming, surfing, and boogie boarding as well. Christie was encouraged to break into the entertainment industry by her friend’s father, a producer who saw talent in the girl. She claims that she relies on being her own “goofy self” in trying out for performances.

This dance class enthusiast was able to entertain many audiences, and soon went on to participate in several of their school’s musicals. Christie Brooke honed her skills and landed a spot as one of the 12 finalists for the ABC reality series High School Musical: Get in the Picture. Hosted by actor and musician Nick Lachey, the series follows the efforts of the teenage contestants to win the ultimate prize for a High School Musical fan. The winner will get to star in his or her own music video featured in the end credits of High School Musical 3: Senior Year, and receive a chance to have a recording contract for two singles with Walt Disney Records.
