Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Mr. Grossman was an Attorney-Advisor to the Special Master for Executive Compensation at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Before attending law school, Mr. Grossman served as Special Assistant to the Chairperson of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.

Mr. Grossman received a B.A. in History and Communication, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2001. He received his J.D. in 2005 from Yale Law School, where he served as a notes development editor of the Yale Law Journal, a Coker Fellow, and president of the Yale chapter of the American Constitution Society.

From 2005-2006, Mr. Grossman clerked for the Honorable Stephen Reinhardt on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. From 2006-2007, Mr. Grossman clerked for the Honorable Guido Calabresi on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. From 2008-2009, Mr. Grossman clerked for the Honorable Stephen Breyer of the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Grossman is a member of the Maryland Bar.
