This Chicago, Illinois native began modeling at the age of 14 and has appeared in national print ads for McDonalds, Homedics, Luster, as well as other numerous regional print spots. Expanding her entertainment interests, Suzette enrolled and attended the renowned Second City Training Center, studying under Improv veteran Michael Gellman, who has worked with comedic actors such as Shelly Long and Chris Farley. She then attended and completed a 2-year acting conservatory program at Act One Studios while continuing to perform in plays and appear in TV commercials.

In the spring of 2002, Suzette moved to LA and within 2 months she had landed her first role in the independent film, "A Fight For Glory", which screened at the Hollywood Black Film Festival in 2003. Later that year, Suzette's Improv background earned her SAG card when she appeared on the feature film, "Biker Boyz" directed by Reggie Blythewood and starring Meagan Good. She then worked on the prank show "Girls Behaving Badly" which airs on the Oxygen Network. Suzette Tomlinson's other credits include "Strong Medicine", "Out on Parole", and her role of the sassy & fashionable Neyda Colon in the teen comedy "Grad Night", which released to DVD in April 2006.

After taking some time off, Suzette is back in action and ready to become Hollywood's next young Black Leading actress. After completing the independent film "Convict" where she plays aggressive party girl Tracie, the producers offer her a Starring role in the film "Ocean Front Property".
