Savannah Paige Rae was born in Florida, beginning her career at the young age of three. Rae credits her older sister Emily Rae, an accomplished child actress herself, for instilling the acting bug in her. After relocating to California, she booked many roles in television commercials for brands like Rice Krispies, State Farm, Bounty, and a Kraft commercial, which was directed by Peggy Sirato. Rae's first television audition was for the hit drama series "House." After spending the day on set, she was hooked, and continued to audition for both theatrical and commercial roles. Audiences might recognize her as the little girl who stuffed a toy monkey in her dad's briefcase in an AT&T commercial. Early success continued to follow her, and she quickly booked a role playing the younger version of her real-life sister in the film "Phoenix Falling." Some of her other credits include "My Best Friend's Girl," and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," where she "survived" while she was babysat by Jimmy Kimmel.

Rae appeared in the recent film "Date Night" directed by Shawn Levy, in which she plays the feisty daughter of Steve Carell (NBC's "The Office") and Tina Fey (NBC's "30 Rock"), who go on a date while Leighton Meister ("Gossip Girl") plays her babysitter. Rae has a fantastic imagination and has a Pixie Club with her sister and best friends. She can be found most afternoons playing in Pixie Hollow, which is the big tree in her backyard. She is loving, insightful, and has an amazing sense of humor. She likes to sing, especially songs from the musical "Wicked," and to spend time with her family, with family game night being her most favorite. The Parenthood cast already seems like a second family to Rae, who bonded quickly with her mom (Erica Christensen) and dad (Sam Jaeger). She thinks co-star Dax Shepard is hysterical. Her favorite scenes to film are the ones where the whole Braverman family is together.
