Peter was born and raised in New Jersey. After a minor role in the multi-award winning low budget film Red Cockroaches, Peter Brensinger began acting at the age of 11 in a a town production of the play "Mission:Possible". From then on, he acted in various musical plays with the Boys and Girls Theatre Club of Morris County, performing on weekends at the Barn Theater in Montville. He has received such roles as Mr. MacAfee in "Bye Bye, Birdie," Horton the Elephant in "Seussical: The Musical", and Reverend Shaw Moore in "Footloose: The Musical". After the latter, Peter was approached by an agent and has moved into professional acting with his Off-Broadway debut in the Tony Glazer play "Stain".

Peter has always been interested in making movies, and even won a state award for a short film he made with his digital camera. He attends NYU's Tisch School of the Arts for filmmaking and aspires to become a feature filmmaker.
