Benjamin Hudson known professionally as Mr Hudson, is a British recording artist/songwriter & producer. Mr Hudson is signed to rapper and producer Kanye West's GOOD Music label. He has listed various influences, most notably David Bowie, The Police, Marvin Gaye, Billie Holiday and Ella Fitzgerald.

His debut album with his band The Library in 2007 called A Tale of Two Cities is named after Charles Dickens novel of the same name. Mr Hudson dropped the band moniker “The Library” for his second album “Straight No Chaser” in 2009, spawning the Number 2 single Supernova featuring Kanye West. In early 2010 Mr Hudson featured on Jay Z’s top 10 single "Young Forever" from the album Blueprint 3. Mr Hudson has worked with many acts including, Kanye West, Jay-Z, Kid Cudi, Sway, NDubz, Tinie Tempah, Dizzee Rascal and Big Sean. He has also toured the UK alongside Calvin Harris, Amy Winehouse & Sting.

In 2011 and 2012 saw Mr Hudson set up his own studio and start writing & producing for other acts such as Josh Kumra, Wretch 32, Eliza Doolittle & Sway.

He also began a collaboration with Rosie Oddie called BIGkids which he cowrote/produced their album Never Grow Up released in October 2012. He is currently writing for the third Mr Hudson album.

On 2 July 2011, through the Life + Times website, Mr Hudson was announced to be featuring on Jay-Z and Kanye West's album Watch the Throne. He appears on the last track "Why I Love You". The album was released on the 8 of August.

Since, he has teamed up with Rosie Bones, daughter to British television personality Bill Oddie, to form the band BIGkids. The first single from their debut album Never Grow Up was "Heart Sing", released on 12 August 2012. The album was released 7 October 2012.
