Jessica Miller (born March 1, 1981 in Westerville, Ohio, USA) is a pair skater who currently represents Canada in international competition. She competes with Ian Moram. They teamed up in 2002. Miller previously competed for the United States with Jeffrey Weiss and Kevin Garrett. Miller and Moram train at the BC Centre of Excellence and are coached by Bruno Marcotte.
