Cassi Thomson is an Australian-born American actress and singer. She is best known for her recurring role as Cara Lynn Walker in the television series Big Love. She has also guest starred in several television series, such as Without a Trace, ER, House M.D. and CSI: Miami. Thomson was born in Queensland, Australia. Making her way to the United States, she currently lives in Los Angeles, California.

In addition to acting on television series, Thompson currently works in the music industry where she is a singer-songwriter. She is currently working on her debut album with Hannah Montana and High School Musical producer Andrew Lane. She completed her first music video in 2008, featuring her hit single "Caught Up In You", which co-stars Taylor Lautner.
