An eccentric British actress known for her sometimes gruesome and explicit photography, Amanda De Cadinet's filmography is also curiously quirky, working on both Four Rooms (1994) and Grace of My Heart with director Allison Anders and appearing alongside such oddball co-stars as Mojo Nixon in Die Wholesale (1998).

Born in 1972 in England to French racecar driver Alain De Cadinet, Amanda got her start as an actress alongside pal Ione Skye with the romantic drama The Rachel Papers in 1989. The former wife of Duran Duran's John Taylor would later appear in television's The Hunger before taking a turn as a prisoner in Brokedown Palace (1999). De Cadinet is also an avid photographer who seeks "truth" through her sometimes challenging imagery, with her works including the unsightly scars of beautiful women and a headless nude of friend Skye.
