Alexandra Rose Rieger was delighted to have a role in "Akeelah and the Bee" with Laurence Fishburne, Angela Bassett and Keke Palmer, a film that spoke from her heart. This encouraging film is about a girl who while facing tremendous challenges learns to know her worth. This is something that Alexandra can relate to. Now armed with inspiration, this fun fiery focused teen is on a roll! There is something very charming about a young person who refuses to give up despite the obstacles they face. This magnetic attitude helped her land various commercials. Alexandra was featured in the movie, "Bee Season," with Richard Gere. While playing comedic roles, Alexandra learned that laughter really is medicine and took it to heart with back to back Stand-Up Comedy performances at The Hollywood Improv where many other celebrities have performed, including Lil' JJ, Jay Leno, Bill Cosby, Eddie Murphy.) She recently landed a co-star role in the feature film, "The Diva & The Princess" as the Princess. This film is a coming-of-age story that celebrates the "survivor" in all of us.

Rieger has been winning hearts and touching lives with a heart of gold and a rainbow of talents framed with grace and humility. She sees her gifts not as luck or an accident, but is driven to use what she has to make a difference and inspire others to the same. Her ideal of beauty radiates from inside out. Alexandra is a multi talented multi faceted teen who is grateful to use her gifts and influence to make a positive impact on others lives; whether through acting, dancing (she was accepted into the Royal Academy of Dance at age of 7) music, art or writing (she is in process of publishing her book.) As a pianist, Alexandra made her debut performance at the Hollywood Egyptian Theater as the youngest accompanist for the Cinecon Silent Film Festival accompanying a Harold Lloyd film. As a vocalist, singer/songwriter she has performed at he B.B. King Blues Club in Universal City to raise money for charity. The sky's the limit as to what she can do and what roles she can play. This is augmented by her diligent work ethic, respect for where she comes from and commitment to her artistic craft. And since the sky's the limit, this young star will travel far!
