Artist Amanda Bynes can currently insert fashion designer to her resume. The starlet is the latest celebrity to follow in the footsteps of fashion icons like Sarah Jessica Parker and Kate Moss. Bynes is designing a new line called “Dear” for Steve and Barry’s. SJP just recently launched her very affordable clothing line “Bitten” for the apparel store and now Amanda is doing the same and adding an accessory line. Last night Amanda Bynes hosted a launch party to celebrate her new venture at Sushi Samba 7 in New York City. We hear the line will be suitable for young girls and their parents as well.
The collection will include 120 items which will all be sold under $20. The line includes a variety of casual clothing from jeans and hoodies to skirts, handbags and accessories. Sounds like a deal right? The best part is that the line will officially launch August 16, 2007. If any of you fashionistas pick up any pieces from her collection let us know what you think of it.
