'Dirt' actress Courtney Cox and her hubby David Arquette just traded their Malibu beachfront residence for a whopping $33.5 million dollars. Cox and Arquette originally bought the home six years ago for $10.2 million dollars. According to reports, the house sold to the owners of baseball team L.A. Dodgers, Frank and Jamie McCourt.
Although the house is gorgeous, personally I don't think it's worth $30+ million dollars. I've seen it in person and it doesn't seem like it's a big enough house to have such a large price tag.
