Nicole Kidman joins star studded Woody Allen film

Australian screen icon Nicole Kidman has joined an all-star cast being put together for an upcoming Woody Allen film, Daily Variety reported on its website. Oscar winner Kidman, 41, is to join a cast which includes Antonio Banderas, Josh Brolin, Anthony Hopkins, Freida Pinto and Naomi Watts, Variety reported.

No title or plot details about the film have yet been released. Legendary director Allen is to release his latest film, "Whatever Works," in June after a scheduled premiere at next month's Tribeca Film Festival.
