Seems like something is going fishy around here, the coroner’s report has come out and it looks like the great Brad Renfro actually died from a heroin overdose. The official cause of death was "acute heroin/morphine intoxication."

"The final manner of death has been ruled an accident," the coroner reported.
Renfro was convincing the judge in his final times that he was trying to clean up his life but that actually didn’t seem to be happening and at the mere age of 25 years old, he passed away. It's very sad that we lost two actors in a span of one month. Maybe that's what’s got all the celebs checking into rehab and attempting to clean up their acts.
