The cash award of more than £37,000 was given to actress Sienna Miller after she had won a lawsuit against the UK publication ‘ The Sun’ and the ‘News of the World’. Quite a lot of money for me...
Sienna sued the tabloid after they published naked photos of her filming a nude scene for her 'Hippie Hippie Shake' movie. The court agreed that it was an invasion of privacy.
This all means that the photos in question are never to be released ever again and never published and immediately deleted.
It's not the first time 'The Sun' has published nude photos of Sienna, earlier this year they published movie stills of a semi-nude Sienna in 'Factory Girl.'
