The D.A has stopped accusing Orlando for the recent hit-and-run charges being filed against him due to insufficient proof. It had been in news recently that he would be found guilty soon for the hit-and-run charges.
According to some details being provided Orlando was been followed by paps and fans and so trying to run away from them he had been in a collision.
Bloom had to stop as one of the photogs told him not to return back as he would be more into trouble if he ran away from the scene of the collision.
