More news from Kiefer Sutherland in a bright new day. Kiefer Sutherland has registered a no contest plea to one count of DUI. Kiefer did not go himself to the court but sent in his lawyer’s downtown for the hearing. Some of the facts about Mr. Kiefer and the issues against him.
•Kiefer will do 48 days in custody.
•Kiefer will do 18 days for the probation violation.
•He must surrender by December 21, 2007.
•He will serve an addition 30 days for the current DUI and must complete that sentence by July 1st.
•Back in 2004, he pled no contest to driving with a .22 blood alcohol level and was sentenced to five years probation.
