'24' celebrity Kiefer Sutherland was formally charged with a crime DUI charge, according to the Los Angeles city attorney's office. LA City attorney spokesman Nick Velasquez said Sutherland was charged Friday with one count each of driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or above and if he's convicted, he faces up to a year in jail.
Sutherland was already on probation for his 2004 conviction, which can supposedly add six months to his sentence but we all know he's not going to do the time. Paris Hilton is the only celebrity that got shafted and had to do time behind bars.
