Actress Kelly Brook has histrionically opened up she likes pushing into a McDonald's burger with fries and doesn't go after conventional diets. 'I keep my figure by eating what i want, but not in bulk,' the 27-year-old explains. 'Fortunately i like healthy food.' But that doesn't mean the Strictly Come Dancing contestant has a fridge full of celery and cottage cheese.
'I always have three meals a day,' she explains, 'but if I'm working late, I'll stop off at McDonald's for a Big Mac and chips.' Kelly confides the secret to keeping her hour-glass figure is lots of action in the bedroom. 'Sex keeps me fit and healthy,' she says. 'What can be better than that?'
