| Kevin Costner dismisses lawsuit against promoter |
 Kevin Costner has dismissed a multimillion-dollar lawsuit against a music promoter he claimed failed to back his music career.
Court records in Los Angeles show the lawsuit against Mahee Worldwide Ventures Inc. was dismissed last week.
