| Hall's autobiography, entitled Jerry Hall's Tall Tales, was published in 1985. In this book, she describes her early life in Mesquite, Texas, where she graduated from North Mesquite High School. She also relates her experiences as a young model living in Paris. Hall's father is of Jewish, Irish, and Czech descent, and her mother has Spanish, Italian, Greek, Portuguese, and Maya descent. Her mother is from Guatemala. Her paternal grandmother, Miriam Goldman was from a Jewish American family from Russia, and her paternal grandfather was Irish-Czech and was Roman Catholic. |
