Louisa Krause is an American actress. Krause's first film credits came in 2007 with supporting roles in The Speed of Life and The Babysitters. In 2009 she appeared in the film Taking Woodstock directed by Ang Lee and the film Toe to Toe. She is known for her work in independent cinema and has appeared in several short films.

Krause broke into mainstream films in 2011 with appearances in Young Adult directed by Jason Reitman as the goth clerk at the hotel in which Charlize Theron's character is staying. This scene was used for promotional purposes and played in the trailer and TV spots for the film. Krause also made an appearance in Martha Marcy May Marlene, a film which she became involved in through her work with the Sundance Film Festival. In the film, she starred opposite Elizabeth Olsen and John Hawkes as cult member Zoe. Krause played a part in the 2012 film Return starring Michael Shannon and Linda Cardellini. She also starred in the independent film King Kelly as Kelly, opening at South by Southwest. She will play supporting roles in the upcoming Bluebird with a cast including John Slattery and Margo Martindale, and You Can't Win as Irish Annie, a film based on the novel You Can't Win.
