Erica Chevillar, is a former high school teacher and Playboy model. She has been widely covered in the news twice: first for bikini modeling while employed as a teacher; second for being present at the ill-fated 2007 birthday party of former Yankee Jim Leyritz. She was born in Hanover, Pennsylvania on May 6, 1981 until at the age of four her family moved to Boca Raton, Florida where she still lives today. She started a career as a 10th grade teacher making $33,000 a year. In her first year of teaching she faced disciplinary action by the school for posing for the USA National Bikini Team. She quit before any action could be taken. In 2007 she began to model for Playboy magazine.
