Caroline first became known for presenting the International Pepsi Chart Show, before moving to Channel 4 and starring in Bo' Selecta! - playing Michael Jackson's long-suffering girlfriend Bubbles. In 2005, she went on to present links between videos on E4 Music and The Games: Live At Trackside on E4 alongside Justin Lee Collins. She also had a regular segment in the video games show When Games Attack in 2005.[2]

A year later, she was a co-presenter on the Saturday morning show TMi alongside Sam and Mark which aired on BBC Two and the CBBC Channel.[1] After this she hosted CBBC show Escape from Scorpion Island together with Reggie Yates.[3]

In March 2007, Caroline hosted the CBBC coverage of Comic Relief does Fame Academy.[4]

Caroline commentated on the semi-finals of the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 with Paddy O' Connell.[5]

She also hosted Big Brother's Big Mouth for Week 5 of the 2008 series. Daily Mirror journalist Rob Leigh noted that "her sharp delivery makes her the best presenter they’ve had on this series".[6] However, this was not the first time she was linked to Big Brother. Before the series started, it was reported that Caroline was Dermot O'Leary's replacement on Big Brother's Little Brother[7].

Caroline recently finished presenting the third series of TMi with Sam Nixon and Mark Rhodes. Caroline will not be a part of the fourth series as she is in Australia filming ITV2's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here Now!

In May 2008, she commentated on and co-presented the BBC Three broadcast of the Eurovision Song Contest semi-finals along with Paddy O'Connell.

On 4 November 2008, it was announced that Caroline would be replacing Kirsty Gallacher as the co-host of Gladiators alongside Ian Wright. Filming for the new second series of the come-back started in late November, and will be broadcast on Sky1 in 2009.[8]

In July 2009, Flack began providing maternity cover for Amanda Hamilton on the BBC's Sunday morning show Something for the Weekend. Four months later, she began hosting the ITV2 reality TV show I'm a Celebrity... Get Me out of Here! Now.[9]

In 2009 she took part on BBC Three reality show Dancing on Wheels in which she takes part in the sport Wheelchair Dance. She is trained by Strictly professional Brian Fortuna. Her partner is James O'Shea. The show is currently airing on BBC3. In March 2010, Caroline and her partner James were announced as the winners of Dancing on Wheels. They represented Great Britain in the European Wheelchair Dance Championships in October 2009, coming 16th in the Combi Latin Class 2 division. [10].

She will be presenting Backstage at the 2010 BRIT Awards for ITV2 on February 16th 2010. She is also due to present a new saturday night prime time show with Vernon Kay on ITV 1 called "The Whole 19 Yards".
